Shipping and Handling
Orders are sent out via Australia Post and are dispatched within 7 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 7 – 14 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Returns & Exchanges
It is the responsibility of the customer to review and inspect all goods upon receipt. Please inspect the goods immediately. Proof of purchase is required for a refund or exchange.
All full price merchandise that is unworn and in its original condition with tags attached can be returned to Inferno Sports for exchange of size within 14 days from date of purchase or for online orders 14 days from delivery. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for exchanges.
Please note refunds or exchanges will not be provided for change of mind items. Faulty items will be replaced with item of same description and size when returned within 14 days of purchase, when returning or exchanging a faulty item associated postage costs will be reimbursed.
No refund or exchange will be available for sale items. Due to health and hygiene no refund or exchange can be made on headwear items.
How to Exchange an Item
Return the item(s) via post to the below address and enclose a copy of the receipt of purchase and a completed Merchandise Exchange Form which can be downloaded from [Insert form link] within 14 days of purchase or delivery for online orders.Inferno Sports179 East StreetRockhampton QLD 4700
Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and Inferno Sports return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage you to send your exchange back by registered post.
Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our merchandise distribution centre for your exchange to be processed and your replacement item to be shipped.
Once your return/exchange has been processed you will be notified via the email address provided on your completed returns/exchange form. Slight delays to return processing may be experienced during busy sale periods.
To make a claim for faulty item replacement, before returning the item please email:sales email@example.com and include a completed copy of the Merchandise Exchange Form which can be downloaded from [Insert form link]
Please do not post the item(s) Inferno Sports without prior authorisation. No responsibility will be taken for goods returned using the incorrect procedure. If the goods are deemed faulty by the manufacturer any postage costs incurred returning the faulty incurred will be reimbursed.
Online Cancellations & Order Amendments
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
- Change of delivery address
- Changes to colours and sizes
- Adding or removing items
- Applying discounts or rewards
- Full order cancellations

Please allow for up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. You will be notified by email when your order is ready in store for collection.
